Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organize, replenish, and maintain inventory stock.
- Process returns and manage outbound shipments.
- Operate light warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners, mobile devices, and pallet jacks.
- Stack totes and organize carts to maintain workflow.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
- Basic: Some high school coursework completed.
- Preferred: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Preferred: Cherry picker experience
- Fluent in English.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of continuous walking on concrete surfaces.
- Perform physical activities including climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, reaching above/below, pushing, pulling, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
- Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, from cool winter conditions to warm summer environments.
